ImageSite provides secure access to all project or product information, including office, business documents, and technical documents, even CAD files. Match product features and functionality to your needs with two product versions: ImageSite and ImageSite EX. ImageSite's broad range of features gives companies quick, easy online access to virtually any document type, while ImageSite EX offers advanced features for engineering document management and collaboration. Document Distribution ImageSite offers advanced document distribution features to allow you to work together more efficiently. Use e-mail to send compact messages with hot links to the documents you want others to work with. Send email links to: -Entire projects -Entire Folders -Individual documents -Document sets -Saved searches -Simple Search User Interface Documents are always secure since they never leave the ImageSite repository. All users must be authorized to access any document, even when using email distribution links. Use ImageSite EX to download and send Encapsulations to other users, both inside and outside of your firewall. Encapsulations are zip-like collections of documents with a self-contained viewer and markup application that runs locally on Windows computers.

Document Management Manage any kind of document with ImageSite. You have full control over who has access to what document as well as what they can do with it. ImageSite provides multiple levels of security and password protection. Use ImageSite to store, find, and launch any type of document or computer file. Check documents in or out and download documents with ease while synchronizing your local desktop with the secure ImageSite repository. Logically organize and store product or project information in Windows-like folders and subfolders for convenient user navigation. Configure document and folder attributes uniquely for each project, including mandatory or optional settings, pre-defined pick lists, and default values. Rapid Index ImageSite documents with search attributes, or batch edit attributes by project or folder. Selectively control access to documents by users or groups and enable view only, collaboration, download, or full access to specific areas of your ImageSite repository. Configure the ImageSite features that each user or group of users sees. Ideal for organizations where user levels span from novice to advanced. Use ImageSite's powerful search engine to quickly find the documents that you need. You can even search for back revisions of documents. Automatically upload documents into ImageSite with the acquisition subsystem from a variety of data sources such as scanners, or currently installed software applications. Comprehensive revision control system automatically increments new document revision values and archives a complete record of prior revisions. Create dynamic document sets for access by specific users, groups, or team members. Users are always pointed to the most current version of the document.

Collaboration Use ImageSite EX for web-based document viewing and collaboration. Create unlimited markup layers and display as overlays to documents stored within ImageSite. Use ImageSite Ex's extensive markup pallet to draw lines, shapes, and text markups, including custom symbols that can be created within CAD applications. Hold real-time, web-based conferences that allow multiple users to view and markup documents together. All users, documents and actions are recorded in a conference minutes of meeting. Read & post news items about a product or project. News items can include both text and images. Track changes that affect ImageSite folders or documents & automatically notify users. Use the Web to automatically update Encapsulations with current document versions or to automatically upload field markups to your ImageSite archive. Wide Format Printing ImageSite is uniquely designed to handle the complex requirements of engineering print production. Use ImageSite to submit plots of individual drawings or large plot sets. Plot to devices that are located down the hall or halfway around the world.     ImageSite offers direct output drivers to support virtually any wide format plotter on the market, including Xerox, OCE, KIP and HP wide format plotters. ImageSite also supports delivery of print jobs in Plot Works and ReproDesk formats for companies that use these printing systems. Quickly submit individual files for plotting with minimal button clicks. Configurable plotting user-interface for direct printing or attended printing (printroom) requests. Powerful conditional stamping and watermarks to automatically create print overlays based on document attributes such as checkout status, approval status, or digital signatures. Use ImageSite's robust plot accounting features to your print usage and recover printing supply and equipment costs. Print banner sheets, define archived plot sets, and more.		ImageSite EX Version ImageSite EX provides advanced engineering and collaboration capabilities, including automatic AutoCAD and MicroStation reference file detection and dynamic reference link storage in the archive. ImageSite can store and manage any file type and offers extremely high performance web based viewing for most raster files and color images. ImageSite EX extends ImageSite's integrated viewer to include support for: AutoCAD® & MicroStation® files Adobe® PDF files Microsoft® Office documents including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files The following special features are exclusively provided within ImageSite EX: Dynamic AutoCAD and MicroStation reference file support. Web-based vector CAD display for AutoCAD® & MicroStation® files with CAD layer reference file display control. Markup capabilities include support for custom symbols. Real-time conferencing enabling multiple users to view & mark up drawings. Electronic "sticky notes" to add text notes to documents or to a specific portion of a document. In ImageSite EX, the FTS module goes beyond traditional document management systems by allowing word searches to be performed for text stored within AutoCAD files. Workflow The optional Workflow module lets you create schedule driven, multi-step workflows to automate your most important business or engineering work processes. ImageSite Workflow ensures timely document review and approval by routing documents automatically to users. Extensive automation provides attribute updates and scheduled warnings for late workflow tasks. Powerful searching enables tracking and management of work processes. Domain Security The optional Domain Security module automatically creates user and group assignments based on your Windows Domain definitions. This module is especially helpful when hundreds or thousands of users are involved. Enterprise Printing Choose an optional Enterprise-wide Print License to enable users to submit plots throughout a company's WAN.     ImageSite's server-side printing lets you plot to any of your LAN printers, no matter where they're located. Print Room Manager The optional Print Room Manager module lets print room operators review and manage submitted print jobs, including directing output to various printers, and archiving print sets. PocketDoc™ ImageSite PocketDoc™ is an optional module that gives wireless handheld PC users the ability to access, view, markup, and print the documents stored in the ImageSite repository. Ideal for busy, on-the-go professionals. Digital Signature ImageSite Digital Signature is an optional module that provides the assurance of signer identity and content integrity. SAP Connector ImageSite SAP Connector provides a direct interface to SAP's PLM module and lets users launch ImageSite from SAP. Software License Information ImageSite is a server-based solution. There is no client software to install or maintain. Licenses are based on the number of concurrent users or the number of documents stored.
