FACILITY COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Description: This position will assist the facility management coordinator with employee moves in the corporate facilities department of a large financial company in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities: Use facility management database computer program to track employee moves and rooms information. Conduct surveys in the company’s buildings to track occupied and vacant seats. Use computer program for data entry and reporting. Skills Required: To be qualified for this position, you must be able to process data with a high degree of accuracy. You must be a proficient and organized computer user with Outlook, Word and Excel work experience in corporate office environment. You will communicate frequently with office personnel and facility staff in person, by email and phone, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. You will need strong organizational and time management skills, coordinating your work with that of other administrative support personnel. Understanding architectural floor-plan drawings is a plus. Company will provide training on the facility management database program.
